Role Overview
The Deli Assistant position involves preparing top-notch hot and cold deli products while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Having HACCP certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication abilities are essential.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team in a dynamic setting and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for food and motivating customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and fulfill customer orders across various fresh food sections, including assembling sandwiches and rolls, serving hot dishes, and slicing meats with adherence to portion control standards.
- Cook, prepare, and present food items available throughout the day.
- Maintain impeccable counter displays in all fresh food departments consistently during business hours.
- Express passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personal suggestions with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries effectively, professionally, and following store policies.
