Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Altamonte Springs, FL, where we’re redefining fast food by preparing fresh, responsibly sourced meals without shortcuts or preservatives. Our crew members are the heart of our restaurant, delivering excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment. Whether you’ve worked in food service before or are new to the industry, we provide thorough training across different roles including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa station, and expo.
Responsibilities
As a crew member, you’ll help craft fresh food daily by hand and ensure guests receive friendly and attentive service. You'll work collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic approach
- Strong passion for serving and assisting both customers and coworkers
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques extensively
- Effective communication in the primary language spoken at work
