About The Role

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our finance team at our Dublin office located in Millennium Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with working hours either from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Salary will be based on experience.

This position involves managing debt collections for an assigned set of customer accounts. The role includes handling a high daily volume of customer contacts to resolve outstanding balances with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and collect outstanding debts from allocated customer ledgers
  • Engage proactively with customers to settle overdue accounts
  • Handle numerous customer communications in a confident and professional way
  • Maintain precise records and reports using internal systems
  • Assist the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks as necessary
  • Meet deadlines while ensuring high accuracy
  • Develop positive working relationships with both customers and internal teams

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Credit Controller role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, preferably advanced with formula knowledge
  • Experience working in medium to large organizations is desirable
  • Professional qualifications such as IATI or equivalent are advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven with good organizational skills
  • Aptitude for working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
