AI & Machine Learning Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an AI & Machine Learning Consultant to conceptualize, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions that enable organizations to derive tangible business benefits through advanced analytics and intelligent automation. This opportunity involves working throughout the AI development lifecycle, utilizing cloud-native AI platforms, Generative AI technologies, and large-scale data infrastructures to deploy innovative, scalable solutions suitable for production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement AI and ML solutions leveraging cloud-based platforms and modern development tools.
• Develop and manage robust data pipelines for seamless data ingestion, training of models, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations in production.
• Incorporate DevOps and MLOps methodologies to streamline the automation of model creation, deployment, management, and version control.
• Design, tailor, and roll out Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Model applications meeting specific business requirements.
• Analyze business demands, assess data and infrastructure capabilities, and propose suitable AI solutions accordingly.
• Support AI deployments in multiple environments including cloud, edge computing, and High-Performance Computing set-ups when required.
• Conduct research on new AI technologies, algorithms, simulation techniques, and cutting-edge analytic approaches.
• Handle and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data by performing cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering to enhance model effectiveness.
• Design efficient storage systems for data, models, and knowledge that scale with AI application requirements.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and business units to deliver enterprise-level AI solutions.
• Evaluate AI model performance and communicate benefits, scalability, and value to business stakeholders through clear metrics.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with security protocols, governance policies, regulatory standards, and Responsible AI principles.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 4 to 7 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions within enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in Python programming alongside experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, Generative AI techniques, Large Language Models, and advanced analytical methods.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and their AI/ML tools.
• Expertise in creating scalable data pipelines and implementing MLOps strategies for continuous model deployment and maintenance.
• Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and tuning for optimized performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, and intelligent automation projects.
• Knowledge about Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector database systems, embeddings, and AI orchestration platforms.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Understanding of edge AI deployment, distributed architectures, and HPC environments.
• Experience with monitoring models, observability tools, and providing production-level support.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem resolution skills, and effective stakeholder management.
• Preferred certifications in AI, ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Cloud technologies.
