About the internship
Overview
Join Newwton Technology Solutions as a Product & Visual Design Intern where you'll engage in crafting user-centric designs for real-world products, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and marketing collateral. This role emphasizes not only aesthetics but also usability, structure, information hierarchy, and consistency across interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive dashboards, admin panels, forms, and analytical screens by translating wireframes into polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
- Employ structured design systems such as IBM Carbon Design System, adhering to grids, spacing, typography, and design tokens.
- Create reusable Figma components and ensure consistency across responsive layouts tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop visual content including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and marketing assets following brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand identity through consistent use of typography, color schemes, imagery, and iconography, crafting reusable templates and assets.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design implementation and incorporate feedback professionally.
- Conduct research to analyze existing software interfaces and digital design trends, iterating on designs to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Strong proficiency in Figma with the ability to manage structured libraries and reusable components.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, grid and spacing systems, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent graphic design skills with attention to pixel-level details.
- Capability to work within strict design frameworks and maintain visual consistency.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship lasting 3 months.
- Availability to commence the internship between August 9, 2026, and September 13, 2026.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for product and visual design.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹4,000 to ₹18,000, composed of a fixed pay between ₹3,000 and ₹15,000 plus incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹3,000.
