About the internship

This internship is focused on supporting end-to-end hiring and basic people-operations work for the organization. The role involves helping attract candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep recruitment records organized while contributing to a smooth applicant journey.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job descriptions across relevant hiring channels.
• Find, review, and narrow down candidate applications.
• Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Take part in telephonic and first-round screening conversations.
• Update candidate records and maintain recruitment tracking sheets.
• Support onboarding activities and manage documentation for selected hires.
• Help build a healthy talent pipeline for upcoming hiring needs.
• Ensure candidates experience a clear, professional, and timely recruitment process.

Who should apply

This opportunity is intended for applicants who can work full time from the office, begin between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, remain available for the full 6-month internship, and bring relevant interests and skills to the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to 18,000.
