About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in full stack web development within a fintech startup leveraging cloud computing, AI, and advanced analytics for finance industry solutions. Interns will engage in backend and frontend development, database management, containerization, and participate in Agile workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backend development using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI, building and maintaining scalable services.
- Develop and integrate APIs to bridge backend systems with frontend interfaces efficiently.
- Contribute to frontend development by creating responsive, dynamic user interfaces with Vue.js or React in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
- Assist in database design and management using SQL, writing optimized queries and ensuring data consistency.
- Gain experience with Docker for containerizing applications to standardize development and deployment environments.
- Follow best practices in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful API development for high-performance applications.
- Engage actively in Agile processes such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in testing by writing unit and integration tests; analyze and fix bugs to improve application stability and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid programming skills with a keen interest in web development technologies.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with backend frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Experience or eagerness to learn frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js and integrate with backend services.
- Ability to construct and optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Docker for containerization.
- Understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design and performance tuning.
- Effective problem-solving aptitude with attention to writing maintainable, well-tested code.

Additional Information
- The monthly stipend ranges between INR 14,000 and INR 18,000, comprising a fixed component of 12,000 to 14,000 INR plus incentives between 2,000 and 4,000 INR.
- Selected interns will receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- This internship requires a six-month commitment, working remotely.
