Executive Assistant Internship

About the Role

This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder of a rapidly growing tech startup specializing in next-generation fitness tracking technology. You'll engage in a dynamic environment focused on rapid product development and impactful contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily workflows.
• Manage communications including calls, messages, coordination, and timely follow-ups.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with routine business operations and administrative functions.
• Leverage AI tools and conduct research to support the founder and enhance process efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks autonomously, solve problems proactively, and ensure project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Ability to commence the internship between August 11, 2026, and September 15, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills in coordination, teamwork, and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
• Work schedule of five days a week.
