About Longevity Wellness Hub
Longevity Wellness Hub in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Wellness Experience Associate to join their on-site team. This role goes beyond typical front desk duties, focusing on delivering outstanding client experiences while equipping you with practical knowledge and skills related to various wellness technologies and modalities offered by the Hub.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients throughout their visit to the Hub.
- Handle front-of-house duties with professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Learn purpose, protocols, and the client journey for diverse wellness modalities and technologies.
- Guide clients through selected modalities following internal training and established procedures.
- Clearly communicate service offerings and support clients through their experience confidently.
- Assist with bookings, client communications, memberships, and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain high-quality standards within the client environment.
- Collaborate closely with the wellness, performance, and management teams.
- Continue expanding your expertise in wellness, recovery, and longevity.
- Contribute proactively to the overall success of the team by stepping in as needed.
Candidate Profile

- Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not essential.
