The team owns the overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on creating a globally capable, future-ready IT organization that delivers a high-quality experience for both internal and external users.

Role overview

This role centers on building and supporting internal full-stack applications that power operations, automation, and data handling. The position also involves contributing to automation design and implementation, along with developing and maintaining MCP servers and integrations for commonly used SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-stack development and ongoing support for internal IT systems such as operations platforms, automation utilities, and data management solutions.
• Help design and implement automated IT workflows and processes.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and related skills for widely used SaaS applications.

What the team is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of TypeScript and React.
• Practical experience with at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Comfort working with MySQL or PostgreSQL and using ORM tools.
• Working knowledge of Linux command-line basics and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to AI Agents is an advantage.
