About the Position

Yuvanext Aviation Academy Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aviation Trainer to instruct and guide students aiming for careers as Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Staff. The role involves delivering both theoretical and practical training, helping learners master essential aviation industry skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct educational sessions focused on Cabin Crew roles and Airport Ground operations including passenger handling, check-in, boarding, baggage management, and customer service protocols.
• Train candidates on cabin duties such as grooming standards, effective communication, safety procedures, emergency handling, and in-flight services.
• Organize practical activities like role-playing scenarios, mock interviews, and assessments to prepare trainees for industry standards.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Oversee student progress, offering constructive reviews and personalized feedback.
• Prepare learners for airline and airport recruitment interviews by familiarizing them with industry expectations.
• Keep detailed records of attendance, evaluations, and training documentation.
• Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and service quality standards during all training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field; additional qualifications in Aviation or Hospitality are beneficial.
• Experience working in Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, Airport Operations, Hospitality, or aviation training settings.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of aviation and airport operational procedures.
• Professional demeanor with excellent grooming and conduct standards.
• Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor trainees effectively.
• Previous experience as an aviation trainer is preferred, though not mandatory.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. The monthly compensation ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 40,000 based on experience and qualifications.
