Responsibilities

Your role will be varied and tailored to your strengths. You won’t be bogged down daily by physical files or laboriously preparing annual financial statements with Word or Excel. Due to our digital setup and advanced processes, you can focus fully on what matters most: offering comprehensive advice to our clients. Additionally, you will work closely with management and have the potential opportunity to become a partner in the future. Specific tasks include:

• Complete support and advisory services for clients
• Preparation of annual financial statements as well as corporate and personal tax returns
• Tax planning advice and optimization of tax strategies
• Business management consulting
• Implementation of digitization initiatives and other special topics

Qualifications

The most important factor is a good fit. Perfection is not expected; what counts is chemistry between you and our team. Suitable candidates will typically meet the following:

• Certified tax consultant (m/f/d) with successful completion of the professional exam
• Preferably previous professional experience in a tax consultancy firm
• Comfortable working digitally and able to organize yourself productively when working from home
• Desire to work independently, offer strategic client advice, and support the team professionally
• Located in the Berlin region to facilitate personal client visits as part of your role
