Position Overview
The Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting various essential Spa operations within the hotel. They contribute to creating an unforgettable and distinctive guest experience by providing diverse Spa-related services. Responsibilities encompass promoting Spa offerings and retail products, scheduling appointments, responding to service inquiries, managing guest check-ins, and handling payment transactions. The Spa Receptionist ensures all interactions feel integrated with the overall guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote Spa services and retail merchandise to guests.
- Schedule and confirm Spa reservations and appointments accurately.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries about Spa services.
- Check guests in efficiently upon arrival and process payments smoothly.
- Maintain a professional appearance, behavior, and communication consistent with company standards.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; navigating uneven or slippery surfaces; and handling light to moderate lifting (10-25 pounds) with or without assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
- No prior experience in related roles is necessary.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No licensing or certification needed.
