About the role
This opportunity is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to help improve AI models. You will collaborate with advanced systems on work such as judging AI-created quantitative analyses, tackling technical challenges, and sharing feedback that influences how these models handle data, modelling, and scientific reasoning.
The role is suitable for people from a wide range of quantitative backgrounds, including data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and similar fields. If you are comfortable thinking critically about data and models, your experience may be a strong match.
Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside a full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will then be made available through the platform.
What the work involves
- Assess AI-produced quantitative outputs for correctness, scientific soundness, and practical reliability.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, including forecasting, experimental analysis, optimisation, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI tools for quantitative reasoning.
Contract advantages

- Hourly pay starts at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Basic coding ability, with the capability to write and review analytical code from start to finish.
- Real-world exposure to statistical techniques, predictive modelling, and experimental design, such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, plus excellent written communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, including Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar subject. A master’s degree or PhD is considered an advantage.
- Additional proof of expertise is a plus, such as a Kaggle competition ranking or AWS/GCP machine learning certification.
