Role Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing training programs, ensuring seamless communication, strict compliance, and active stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly program execution and maintain oversight of program health, ensuring timely communication about program progress and class confirmations.
- Generate and distribute weekly status reports such as "Weekly Learning Program Update" and "Weekly Report" which summarize key achievements, upcoming training events, and critical focus points to all stakeholders including Google, customers, and ATP.
- Provide quarterly data-driven insights to guide future program iterations and necessary adjustments to improve success rates.
- Ensure program governance and compliance bi-annually by establishing and enforcing guidelines aligned with Google Training Compliance, working with Cloud Learning Lead, Learning Services, and Order Fulfilment teams as required.
- Participate in onsite or virtual meetings with customers as needed to support program execution.
- Lead specialized coordination efforts for requests outside the standard program scope, directing them to appropriate internal or external teams.
- Coordinate weekly with learning stakeholders such as trainers, Cloud Learning Lead, and Order Fulfillment Operations through meetings; lead bi-weekly alignment sessions.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and incorporate them into weekly reports.
- Finalize and confirm quarterly training schedules in collaboration with ATP and customers, adapting plans as necessary in line with Cloud Learning Services rescheduling policies.
- Enforce policies related to cancellations, postponements, and other schedule changes consistently.
- Administer and track certification voucher distribution, ensuring up-to-date reporting.
- Collaborate bi-weekly with marketing teams from Google, ATP, and customers to coordinate promotional activities including emails, social media posts, and brochures.
- Contribute to monthly marketing planning, validating training registration pages and supporting reminder communications via multiple channels.
- Manage the Google RSVP registration platform and coordinate website updates for customer initiatives alongside CLS Operations, Marketing, ATP, and customer teams.
- Monitor learning consumption weekly across all formats including Instructor-Led Training, On-Demand Learning, and voucher usage.
- Collect and integrate monthly learner feedback to assess training effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators such as registration targets for quarterly reporting to Joint Steering Committees or customers.
- Conduct regular program reviews and provide continuous updates.
- Deliver comprehensive final training reports bi-annually, summarizing program performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing programs and engaging stakeholders successfully.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
Preferred Skills
- Background in training and development practices.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud products and services.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile methodologies.
