Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Optimize application performance through performance tuning of databases, servers, and related systems.
• Work collaboratively with teams from various functions to interpret test outcomes and suggest enhancements.
• Craft, develop, and carry out performance testing strategies utilizing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to detect software bottlenecks.
• Create automated testing scripts using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium to streamline load testing processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from any specialization.
• Experience range of seven to ten years in relevant performance testing roles.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools including LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance data and deriving actionable insights.
