Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Consultant with deep knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud products such as PBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and improving Oracle EPM Cloud solutions tailored to support business planning, consolidation, reconciliation, profitability analysis, and reporting needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle EPM Cloud applications and ensure their continuous support.
• Capture and analyze business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) setups.
• Implement and manage Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) functionalities.
• Develop and maintain models and processes for Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).
• Oversee Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) reconciliations and workflows.
• Create, design, and generate financial and management reports leveraging Oracle Narrative Reporting tools.
• Develop business rules, calculation scripts, data forms, dashboards, and reports in the Oracle EPM suite.
• Maintain metadata, security configurations, and application settings.
• Conduct data integration tasks using EPM Data Integration, Data Management, FDMEE, and associated tools.
• Provide support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close cycles.
• Manage system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing production support activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues promptly.
• Interface with Finance, Accounting, and IT departments to deliver business-tailored EPM solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and training materials for end users.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficient hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and system administration.
• Familiarity with business rules, Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, and Smart View.
• Experience with data integration tools including EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and FDMEE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, closing, and reconciliation processes.
• Skilled in metadata management, security configuration, and application migration within Oracle EPM environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and report development.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Oracle EPBCS and EDMCS.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and automation tools like EPM Automate.
• Possession of Oracle EPM Cloud certifications is desirable.
• Experience in global delivery models.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
