Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview

Amaze Engineers & Contractors is looking for a committed Interior Site Supervisor to lead and manage interior fit-out and renovation projects at multiple client locations. This role demands ensuring that all onsite tasks are executed efficiently, within budget, timely, and according to design and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interior site operations and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
• Guarantee the implementation of interior activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting in compliance with approved plans and quality criteria.
• Track project advancements to meet scheduled milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients to maintain smooth execution flow.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and finish quality for precision and standards adherence.
• Maintain safety protocols, site cleanliness, and accurate documentation.
• Manage material inventories and oversee supply requirements on site.
• Address and resolve onsite challenges and regularly report progress and issues to senior leadership.
• Ensure commitment to project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Between two and five years of practical experience in supervising interior site or fit-out projects.
• Educational qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline are preferred.
• Sound understanding of interior construction materials, methods, and ability to interpret drawings confidently.
• Strong leadership qualities accompanied by excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to oversee multiple locations and manage various teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using site tools, measurement devices, and adhering to safety standards.
