Join a well-established retailer as a Home Delivery Driver in Holyhead, Wales. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, acting as a brand ambassador by providing outstanding service while operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van following safety protocols, including handling heavy items and manual lifting.
• Observe all driving laws and safe driving procedures.
• Carry out vehicle inspections before and during shifts to ensure roadworthiness.
• Ensure groceries are delivered in excellent condition to maintain product quality.
• Deliver top-tier customer service during every interaction.
• Assist with store tasks as needed to support team operations.
• Work autonomously while managing daily schedules and routes effectively.
• Adapt to flexible shifts which may occur anytime from early morning (6am) to late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full driving licence for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Display a positive and friendly demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Be reliable and punctual, capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Show strong commitment to road safety and awareness.

Compensation and Benefits
