Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in DevOps, build engineering, or infrastructure roles, preferably within game development.
- Proficiency with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C#, Bash, or similar.
- Experience in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems at scale, especially Perforce and/or Git with Git LFS.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills involving programmers, artists, and producers.
- Strong diagnostic skills with a focus on automating repetitive processes.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine and game engine build pipelines (Unity, Unreal, proprietary engines).
- Experience managing console submission and certification pipelines (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch).
- Understanding of live operations backend services and telemetry.
