Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on experimentation, user segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Convert business objectives into analytical questions and deliver recommendations based on evidence.
  • Contribute to ETL work and improvements in data pipelines.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and impact-oriented manner.
  • Work with product teams on tracking requirements and implementation of tools such as Clickstream, Google Analytics, Branch, and MoEngage.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to apply AI/ML insights in product analysis, including basic predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and LLM-based data workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or a background in Statistics or Operations Research.
  • At least 3 years of practical analytics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong ability in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into business-ready insights.
  • Working familiarity with core machine learning ideas such as regression, classification, and clustering, along with hands-on use of AI APIs and prompt engineering for data synthesis.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to large-scale datasets and distributed processing frameworks like PySpark.
  • Understanding of Airflow, ETL workflows, data build tools, and basic data engineering concepts.
  • Ability to manage and communicate datamart plans for internal stakeholders.
  • Academic exposure in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
