Overview

As a Data Analyst at Micro1 in California, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. This position focuses on providing high-quality, real-world data input that influences how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not necessary; your domain knowledge and analytical skills are the primary assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data analysis using Microsoft Excel to generate actionable insights supporting cross-team decisions.
• Work in close coordination with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into impactful analyses.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning, reviewing, and validating datasets for consistency and integrity.
• Create clear reports and visual representations of data to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detect patterns, irregularities, and opportunities within complex datasets that aid strategic projects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, findings, and recommended actions.

Required Qualifications
