Position Overview

We invite skilled language experts to join us as Customer Service Representatives focused on training and assessing AI language models. This part-time contract role is entirely remote, offering flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated text for quality, linguistic accuracy, and fluency.
• Create concise prompts and imaginative responses to assist AI training.
• Evaluate and rank AI output using established criteria.
• Provide written critiques regarding language use and quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in your native language as well as English.
• Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in humanities, language studies, writing, or related disciplines.
• Professional background with language-related roles such as writing, translation, teaching, editing, or annotation.
• High attention to detail and adherence to evaluation protocols.
• Experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI evaluation is advantageous.
