Role Overview
Astrotalk is looking for a Customer Service Associate in Noida to support users through phone, chat, and email interactions. The role involves responding courteously, understanding concerns, and helping customers reach the right resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns over calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous way.
- Assess the customer’s issue and guide them toward the most appropriate solution.
- Escalate cases that need specialist attention or cannot be resolved at the first level.
- Keep responses timely and make sure each case is followed through until closure.
- Record interaction details and status updates for reference and tracking.
