Customer Advisor - TradePoint

Job Overview

As a Customer Advisor for TradePoint at B&Q Waterford, you will play a vital role in supporting TradePoint members by providing excellent service and tailored product advice. This full-time permanent role offers 36.75 hours weekly with shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday between 7:00am and 10:00pm. The hourly wage starts at €15.45 with a Sunday premium rate of €18.75.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be the primary contact at the TradePoint counter, interacting daily with diverse trade customers. The role includes building strong relationships with TradePoint members by understanding their businesses and recommending suitable tools, products, and services while promoting the trade loyalty program.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to adapt communication styles to different situations, and an aptitude for recognizing new business prospects. A passion for delivering value to trade customers through promotions and membership benefits is essential. You will also be open to continuous learning and flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
