CCTV Operator

About the Role

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, situated in the vibrant Dubai Marina area, offers 273 contemporary rooms perfectly suited for business travelers and leisure guests alike. This hotel balances modern business essentials with Arabian hospitality traditions. We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator to join our team full-time, responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, hotel property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously oversee CCTV cameras and associated surveillance technologies to detect any suspicious activities, safety issues, or security breaches within the premises.
• Maintain vigilant observation of assigned zones and immediately alert the Security Supervisor or Manager upon noticing irregularities or unusual conduct.
• React swiftly to incidents captured on CCTV, coordinating with Security Officers and other departments as necessary to provide support and response.
• Analyze recorded footage as needed to assist with investigations, resolve accidents, address guest complaints, or clarify security concerns.
• Keep meticulous logs and reports of CCTV operations and incidents, ensuring strict confidentiality of all captured data and information.
• Regularly check CCTV equipment functionality and promptly report any malfunctions or technical problems to the responsible maintenance team.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience as a CCTV Operator or similar security surveillance role within four or five-star hotels or comparable sectors.
• Ability to collaborate with and effectively engage diverse multicultural teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, high standards of quality, and ability to perform multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Technical knowledge and proficiency with CCTV systems and surveillance software are highly desirable.
