General Summary
Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route. Ensure all shipments comply with Federal Express Canada's service features and perform related customer service functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment.
- One year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
- Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training, meeting the minimum threshold.
- Familiarity with Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent customer service capabilities.
- Proficiency in multitasking, managing stress, and thriving in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work on holidays as business demands.
