About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing the operations of a single store. Your duties include recruiting, supervising, and guiding team members to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your efforts will be critical to your store's success. To prepare you, a leadership training program lasting three or more weeks will be provided.

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to any store within 50 miles
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
- Certified in Food Safety (Serve Safe certification)
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Your duties involve working in fast-paced kitchens with hot steam, food vapors, and high noise levels. You’ll be expected to stand for prolonged periods, handle hot and cold foods, operate kitchen equipment including a Chinese chef's knife, and lift up to 50 lbs. The workspace can be constrained with high shelving, and you must maintain accuracy and speed while adapting to shifting priorities. Effective verbal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities are essential.

Compensation Details
The hourly wage ranges from $23.5 to $26.5 depending on factors like location and experience. While bonus programs exist, earning bonuses is not guaranteed and the company reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.
