Role Overview

The position of Agentic AI Engineer is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role centers on the creation, deployment, and integration of autonomous agentic AI systems capable of independent planning, decision-making, and collaborative functions within enterprise environments. Responsibilities involve building AI agents, designing autonomous workflows, and optimizing models with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate autonomous AI agents into existing enterprise software platforms.
• Design workflows and tools to enable autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Optimize AI models for improved robustness, security, and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, cybersecurity, and platform teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure agent reliability and compliance.
• Conduct research on emerging AI frameworks, experiment with new agentic architectures, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficiency in Python and current software engineering methodologies, including testing, version control, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Working knowledge of large language models and related agent and tool frameworks.
• Background in autonomous or agentic system design, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, and task breakdown.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for production deployment and scaling of AI services.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI safety practices tailored to enterprise intelligent automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and audiences with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related disciplines, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Experience in enterprise software development or participation in digital transformation within large organizations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MLOps, observability, and evaluation frameworks for agent performance monitoring is a plus.
