Join Abhilaya, a branch under Oneworld Logistics Private Limited, as a Logistics and Operations Intern in Mumbai. The company, having reached over 3 million shipments and expanded to cover 400+ pin codes with a fleet of 800+ vehicles and 1000+ trained delivery personnel, aims to create a sustainable last-mile delivery system serving metro, urban, and rural areas in India. The mission includes efficient warehousing and fulfilling pick-up and delivery needs within a defined kilometer radius.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and monitoring of daily inbound and outbound shipments.
- Keep precise records of key documents like invoices, delivery challans, and proof of deliveries (PODs).
- Support processing of customer orders and update order statuses in internal systems.
- Coordinate communications with transporters and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track delayed shipments and maintain communication with clients about shipment progress.
- Prepare operational reports on a daily and weekly basis using MS Excel.
- Help address delivery concerns such as shortages, damages, or other issues impacting shipments.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.

- Availability for the entire duration of the 3-month internship is required.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in logistics and operations.
Additional Information
Stipend for this position ranges between INR 10,000 and 12,000 per month. There are 4 openings available. The internship is based onsite in Mumbai.
