About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to assist Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) with various employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, and exits. The intern will work closely with HR Operations and other internal departments to track and resolve employee queries, support employee engagement events and surveys, and help maintain HR dashboards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HRBPs throughout the employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and exits.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and other teams to address and resolve employee concerns and queries.
- Support coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Maintain and update HR reports, dashboards, and related documentation.
- Contribute to performance management activities including goal setting and tracking follow-ups.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and HR Business Partner interactions with employees and management.
- Assist in disseminating HR policies and promoting awareness initiatives.
- Engage in process improvement projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a part-time internship lasting 6 months.
- Should be based in Hyderabad and able to commit to the work location.
- Available to start between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and interests aligned with HR.
Remuneration and Work Conditions
- Monthly stipend of INR 13,500.
- Flexible working hours with a 5-day workweek.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in spoken English.
- Good knowledge or relevant experience in human resources functions.
