About the internship

This HR internship is based on-site in Chennai and focuses on field training, onboarding, team coordination, and tracking employee progress. The role supports day-to-day people operations for field teams and helps improve communication, performance, and overall training outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Help train new hires in the field and support their onboarding process.
• Assist the HR team with field training activities and daily team briefings.
• Observe field staff and provide guidance to strengthen communication and performance.
• Track employee development and review how effective the training programs are.
• Work with team leads to keep field operations running smoothly.
• Support motivation sessions and team-building initiatives.
• Update and maintain attendance logs, training records, and performance documentation.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the Chennai office, begin the internship between 23 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Applicants must be based in Chennai and should have relevant skills and interest in HR and training work. Stipend

The internship offers a lump sum stipend of INR 15,000 per month.
