Internship Overview and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Engineer intern will engage in daily tasks that involve addressing customer inquiries and concerns via suitable communication platforms. They are responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, fostering positive relationships through consistent follow-ups, and systematically tracking, documenting, and conveying customer feedback to aid service enhancement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
• Availability to commence the internship between July 16, 2026 and August 20, 2026.
• Must be available for the entire three-month internship duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.
• Must have an active public Instagram profile.

Stipend and Compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between ₹11,000 and ₹20,000. This includes a fixed component from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 and additional incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000.
