About the Internship
This internship involves creating and refining an AI-driven web application. Interns will convert product concepts and requirements into functional features, leveraging AI-powered development tools to boost efficiency in coding, prototyping, debugging, and testing phases. Responsibilities include integrating AI models, various APIs, databases, and automation pathways, along with crafting a user-friendly and effective interface. Candidates will be involved in testing the application, troubleshooting, deploying prototypes for internal evaluations, and collaborating closely with a small team comprising technical, content, and design specialists.
Technical Environment and Skills
Interns are expected to utilize AI coding platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or similar tools. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is essential, along with experience building operational web applications or prototypes. Interfacing with APIs, AI models, databases, and external services is required. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, structured data outputs, and AI-related workflows is important. Candidates should be adept at developing interfaces using frameworks such as React, Next.js, Streamlit, or related technologies.
Knowledge of databases like Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Airtable, or equivalents is necessary. The ability to deploy working prototypes via platforms such as Vercel, Render, Netlify, or Railway is expected. Experience with version control systems like GitHub, debugging processes, and documentation fundamentals is required. The role demands converting broad ideas into functional product features, hands-on prototyping through vibe coding, and possibly leadership qualities for managing teams.
