Job Responsibilities
As a Shift Manager, you will lead and support the team by ensuring excellent customer service, fostering a positive workplace, and upholding food safety and brand standards. You will be expected to handle problem-solving situations, make decisions, and assist in training and developing staff.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoy solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service
- Desire to lead, mentor, and cultivate team growth
- Commitment to enforcing proper food safety procedures and maintaining a safe environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts as required
Physical and Other Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable operating restaurant equipment such as a headset, cash register, and grills
- Capability to follow procedures to prepare and serve quality food and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Reliable transportation for commuting to your home workplace and occasional travel to other sites for training or tasks
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $15.55 to $21.75
