Role Responsibilities

• Deliver L2 and L3 support by resolving complex technical challenges.
• Diagnose and debug issues within software, applications, and systems.
• Work closely with diverse teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Create and maintain tools and scripts to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior engineers.
• Conduct frequent performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and integrate best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for progress updates and requirement gathering.
• Document solutions and develop knowledge base articles for reference.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 and 10 years of experience in L2/L3 technical support roles.
• Strong capability in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Competency in scripting and tool development to optimize support processes.
• Proven experience mentoring and delivering training to team members.
• Analytical aptitude for evaluating performance and driving enhancements.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry developments and standards.
• Documenting resolutions and maintaining knowledge bases effectively.
