Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will oversee comprehensive district-level operations for emergency services, including the 108 Emergency, 102 Maternal, and 1962 Animal Rescue services. This leadership role involves managing field staff, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and fostering collaboration with governmental and community stakeholders in a public-private partnership setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational activities for 108, 102, and 1962 services within the designated district.
• Lead a team of approximately 300-400 field employees comprising Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), pilots, and animal rescue personnel.
• Plan and manage 24/7 shift schedules along with assessing team performance.
• Monitor and enforce SLA standards including response times, scene-to-hospital transit times, and overall service quality across all service verticals.
• Collaborate with the District Administration, Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), Animal Husbandry Department, and other government entities.
• Serve as EMRI’s representative during district review meetings, handle escalations, and maintain relationships with hospitals and vendors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance readiness, manpower planning, preparation of MIS reports, and the execution of initiatives to raise community awareness.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively, MBA or postgraduate qualifications are acceptable.
• Between five to ten years of proven experience managing operations or emergency service units, particularly in environments requiring round-the-clock management.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising large field teams and competence in government liaison activities.
• Skillful in management information system reporting and effective crisis handling.
