Key Responsibilities
- Create outstanding product designs and user experiences that promote abundant energy access.
- Develop consumer-facing mobile and web applications that encourage energy consumption control, grid demand balancing, and home upgrades involving solar, batteries, and electric vehicles.
- Design integrated physical and digital experiences, including home energy upgrades, hardware products, and IoT device management interfaces.
- Shape Fuse’s brand image by defining its visual identity across digital and physical platforms, including motion and web design.
- Build high-impact internal tools managing gigawatts of renewable energy, numerous installations, and millions of customers, developing interfaces from the ground up.
- Contribute to future-facing projects like grid management platforms and blockchain-based reward systems as part of a growing design team.
Collaborative Environment
Work alongside a talented design team with expertise from prestigious agencies and companies, collaborating directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams in engineering, trading, and operations. In this small team setting, design leadership drives product direction without intermediary managerial layers.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years' experience designing consumer-centric digital products.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and user experience design.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from vision and discovery to finished design outputs.
- Strong skills in simplifying complex systems into logical, modular, and reusable interface components.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Mastery of Figma is mandatory.
- Additional skills such as motion graphics, 3D modeling (C4D, Spline), copywriting, or coding are advantageous.
