Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through a range of tasks connected to merchandise receiving and its movement onto the sales floor. This role involves unloading trailers, moving pallets, and assisting with merchandise processing while maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace. The Associate works collaboratively within a team to plan and carry out operational duties according to workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening each day.
• Arrange, merchandise, and sign promotional features.
• Carry out live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating this role from day/evening fulfillment.
• Transport pallets between sales floor and storage overnight.
• Assist with stocking and occasionally provide customer service as needed.
• Label the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be aged 16 or older.
