Operator 4 (SFS)

About the Role

This position is with the TMG-Fabrication division and requires adherence to specific operational standards. Employment status is nonexempt with salary Grade 13. You will work rotating 12-hour shifts under a 4-3 schedule and operate in a cleanroom environment requiring personal protective clothing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production priorities for equipment effectively to meet operational needs.
• Operate equipment by loading and unloading parts efficiently.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and workstation practices, optimizing multitasking to enhance workforce utilization.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4-3 schedule in a cleanroom setting.
• Capable of standing for prolonged periods while performing tasks.
• Compliance with wearing cleanroom jumpsuits, smocks, and personal protective gear.
