Job Role

The Merchandiser ensures that customer locations affiliated with Swire Coca-Cola remain fully stocked and properly organized according to company standards. This role involves maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, and coolers, all aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses building and rotating product displays and sustaining strong internal and external customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ technology tools and applications as required throughout work shifts.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and aisles using store-approved cleaning equipment to promote consumer safety.
• Restock coolers, display racks, and shelves daily with products positioned and labeled clearly outward.
• Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) stocking to preserve product freshness and quality.
• Construct displays and promotional setups per supervisor and store management guidance.
• Organize and maintain back-stock and storage areas safely, preparing unsellable product returns daily.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and contribute to special projects or events as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and comply with Swire’s driving record policies.
• Possess a reliable vehicle for store visits within designated routes and maintain business-use insurance (vehicle transportation of products is not required).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Available to work weekends and holidays based on business demands.
