Literary Translator (Remote)

Role Overview

We seek experienced language professionals for a flexible, part-time contract as a Literary Translator, working remotely from home. This position involves supporting the training and evaluation of AI language models by applying your expertise in language use.

Key Duties

• Assess the quality, accuracy, and fluency of AI-generated texts.
• Create brief prompts and imaginative responses to contribute to AI training.
• Compare and rank outputs from AI systems according to established criteria.
• Provide detailed written evaluations regarding language quality.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in your native language and English is essential.
• Holds at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities, languages, or writing-related fields.
• Possesses professional experience in language-related roles such as writing, translation, teaching, editing, or annotation.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and follows evaluation instructions precisely.
• Additional qualifications like linguistics background, academic writing expertise, data annotation, or experience with AI content evaluation are advantageous.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Earn up to 29 USD per hour, with payments issued on a weekly basis.
• Work entirely remotely with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.
