Role Overview

This position sits within the Technical Program Management function. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives while also designing and rolling out AI-powered tools to reduce organisational toil. The role goes beyond conventional program management by combining strategic leadership with practical engineering capability to create scalable and meaningful internal solutions.

You will also help advance the TPM Cyborganization vision, contributing to a future where the function is more strategic, more influential, and more effective through AI-assisted execution. This is a fully onsite position in Singapore, and you will report to the Head of Technical Programme Management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority strategic programs, cross-functional initiatives, and large-scale organisational change efforts.
  • Spend a meaningful share of your time on strategic work, with roughly up to 20% of daily effort directed toward high-value initiatives.
  • Identify repetitive processes that can be automated and turn them into AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI tools and agents that use large language models to reduce program execution overhead.
  • Own “AI-enabled workflow replacement” as a formal performance objective.
  • Create internal tooling that uses LLMs as a core capability.
  • Apply sound engineering practices when developing scalable internal products.
  • Use strong API and architecture design principles when creating solutions.
  • Work with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and production-ready deployment practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise work, manage timelines, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Strengthen team performance by improving prioritisation, coordination, and delivery execution.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in strategic initiatives and cross-functional technical program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance long-term infrastructure or process development with immediate operational delivery.
  • Strong history of delivering complex work by aligning leadership and driving execution across functions.
  • Foundational knowledge of software engineering and development practices, including architecture, clean code, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or automation tooling, especially for removing repetitive work.
  • Experience building automation using n8n and Cursor is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth environments and adapting strategy when needed.
