Job Details

• Full-time position with day shift hours from 8 AM to 4 PM
• Hourly wage of $12 with weekly payment

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned indoor areas across one or multiple client sites
• Ensure all floor surfaces are swept, mopped, scrubbed, or vacuumed as necessary
• Adhere to safety protocols for handling chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting spaces, corridors, and entrance zones
• Empty trash containers and operate compactors when applicable
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and tools
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing processes
• Restock paper products and sanitary materials regularly
• Follow a designated housekeeping schedule diligently
• Occasionally handle heavy cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Carry out additional duties as assigned based on work scope or customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or minimum six months of janitorial work experience
• Training will be provided on the job
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles
• Knowledge of custodial best practices and cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care tasks including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is an advantage
