About the Role
Next Level Studio is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join their team located at VTP Trade Park, Katraj, Pune. This full-time position involves transforming client requirements into effective, visually appealing interior spaces by applying comprehensive design knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret client preferences, budgets, and design expectations.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design ideas and mood boards.
- Plan spatial layouts and furniture arrangements; create detailed design drawings.
- Produce 2D and 3D design visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
- Perform site visits to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Prepare material specifications, Bill of Quantities, and other design documentation as needed.
- Track project progress and address any design issues on-site.
- Ensure adherence to quality, budget, timeline, and design goals.
Required Skills
- Solid foundation in interior design principles and space planning.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent software is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture styles, and lighting solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
- Creative mindset with meticulous attention to design details.
- Capability to manage several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
- Familiarity with current interior design trends is advantageous.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines. Both new graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those presenting a design portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 depending on skills and experience.
