Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle recruitment processes for positions across Tamil Nadu. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening them, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication between candidates, clients, and the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable candidates for various job openings within Tamil Nadu.
- Evaluate applicant profiles by screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.
- Organize and schedule interviews with candidates and clients effectively.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates regarding interview timings and selection updates.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Coordinator and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Contribute actively to meet recruitment goals by managing daily recruitment tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.
- Awareness and understanding of recruitment procedures and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to coordinate various recruitment activities and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Fresh graduates with effective communication skills are welcome to apply.
Additional Information
Location of the role is Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time position.
Compensation
Salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
