Overview
NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited is looking to hire a Painting Sales Executive for their Delhi-NCR location. The role involves connecting with customers to present and sell NoBroker Painting Services, focusing on customer engagement and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits to introduce and explain the details of NoBroker's Painting Services.
- Assess customer requirements effectively and work towards closing sales.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage ongoing engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory for the role.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with customers.
- Prior experience in sales is advantageous, though freshers who demonstrate excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹30,000.
- Petrol allowance of ₹60 provided per customer visit to support travel expenses.
