Job Overview

We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and manage workers at our manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production operations and workforce.
• Assign tasks to welders, fitters, turners, and helpers effectively.
• Interpret and utilize mechanical engineering drawings accurately.
• Oversee welding, fabrication, and bellows manufacturing processes.
• Inspect product dimensions and quality to meet standards.
• Ensure timely achievement of production goals.
• Minimize material wastage and reduce rework instances.
• Maintain comprehensive daily production documentation.
• Enforce safety regulations, workplace discipline, and cleanliness.
• Liaise with management teams for production scheduling and delivery coordination.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Strong leadership abilities to manage shop floor teams.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Solid understanding of fabrication and welding techniques.
• Effective manpower management experience.

Additional Details

Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
