Role summary
A global company is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, including the SVP of Supply Chain and the VP of Tech Proximity. The position is focused on keeping executive operations running smoothly, managing critical priorities, and helping communication stay clear across teams and stakeholders. It suits someone highly organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle demanding executive calendars, travel planning, and scheduling to make the best use of leadership time.
- Create presentations, reports, and meeting documents that support strategic and leadership initiatives.
- Set up cross-functional meetings and monitor action items so follow-ups happen on time and alignment is maintained.
- Serve as a communication link between senior leaders and internal or external stakeholders.
- Protect sensitive business information and consistently maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with leadership projects and initiatives, adjusting quickly as priorities change.
- Juggle several tasks at once under pressure while staying accurate and organized.
Required background
- 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
- Strong planning and time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional judgment and the ability to manage confidential information carefully.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A proactive, adaptable, and outcome-focused approach to work.

Compensation and benefits
The role pays $40.00 to $42.00 per hour.
