Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Drone Pilot to operate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) efficiently and safely. This role includes tasks such as skill program support, aerial surveys, inspections, mapping, monitoring, photography, videography, and varied drone project operations. Candidates should demonstrate a solid technical foundation and a strong emphasis on safety and operational compliance in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate drones for assigned tasks including surveys, inspections, monitoring, mapping, and media capture.
• Plan flight paths considering weather and compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, manage battery status, and perform routine maintenance.
• Capture and organize aerial imagery and data, delivering them according to project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure seamless drone operation execution.
• Document and communicate any technical or operational challenges and flight observations.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification ranging from 10th pass to any Graduate level with strong technical skills and field coordination capability.
• Possession of DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred, especially for commercial drone use.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in drone flying, UAV operation, aerial mapping, inspection, agricultural spraying, or photography/videography is advantageous.
• Ability to perform detailed pre-flight inspections and adhere to strict flight safety measures.
• Basic knowledge of drone components such as batteries, controllers, GPS navigation, cameras, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments and project-based requirements.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required to effectively communicate and coordinate.

Employment Details

Position reports to Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India with full-time remote work opportunity. Compensation will be determined based on experience, certifications, and interview outcomes.
